3D reconstructions
|
The 3D add-on module to BioPix iQ 2.0 allows you to create and quantify 3D/4D visualizations
from for example confocal material. The 3D-enviroment is extremely powerful, using
vector graphics, which allows the user to rotate all axes and zoom indefinitely
to fully examine the objects.
The software features rapid 3D-conversion of multiple samples, including timelap
studies of cells for automatic visualisation and quantification of large amounts
of data.
