BioPix iQ 2.0 is (among other things!) a quantification software for cell sample
images. The program is specialized in detecting objects and areas defined by color
or intensity (or both). It is excellent for object quantifications of stained objects,
such as mitochondria, lipid bodies, nuclei, etc., but also for quantification of
fluorescent samples. One of the major advantages is the possibility to quickly quantify
large amount of images, providing an excellent tool for screening experiments.
Below are some examples of applications handled by the software.
- Quantification of amount of protein labeled with GFP or other flourescent protein.

- Quantification and analysis (size, distribution) of objects visualized with staining
techniques. Quantification of antigen labeled with immunohistochemistry.
